My usual schedule:
Sunday by 8pm...in bed
Sunday by 1045...dressing for work
Sunday 11 pm - Monday 6 am...at work
Monday 630 am - 900 am getting kids ready for school
Monday from 900 - 230 sleeping and running errands to the bank and grocery store
Monday 230-300 kids in from bus
Monday 300-600 chores/some computer/making and serving dinner
Monday 600-700 online
Monday 700 putting kids to bed

Repeat changing each day for the next through Thursday...<g>

Friday, longer time online in the afternoon...kids go to bed about 8...then I'm online until I decide I'm too tired or unless I get some actual inspiration to go off and write something...

Saturdays and Sundays until about 5 pm I am online off and on throughout the day...

But, this is just a typical schedule...with enough notice, there's flexibility to be found...

And all times are Eastern US (GMT -5, I believe)
