Memorial Day has never been more appreciated by me since I got a four day weekend out of it.

There is not much history of service in my family. So I don't go all maudlin about that.

However, the lack of care for our soldiers is shameful in this country. One of many things that needs to be rectified and which no candidate seems to give a fig about.
