On the topic of CBT, a rather interesting "torture" is to ejaculate while having one of those rings from the seal of poland spring water right under the head of the penis. Push the spikes in (i.e. so it will not dig in as much) before using. Better yet, try it with the ring from a 2-liter coca-cola (takes a lot of practice with a regular seal before you'll be ready to it with one of those monsters). Coke seals (the kind with the rectangular spikes) may break skin if not careful.
It's a rather interesting experience:
1. Pleasure from orgasm
2. PAIN
3. Pleasure from small orgasm
4. PAIN
5. Go back to step one. If you have high willpower, continue stimulation to cause more cycles. If not, you'll still probably experience at least 3 cycles.
I have to say, it's one of the most pleasureable things I have ever experienced. the word 'taboo' was used since, judging by the library threads (almost nonexistent) and threads with which i'm acquainted (100s, during periods of involvment), the topic is almost entirely avoided. i suppose it's the most 'tender' subset of the 'male sub' problem. i believe the relative shortage of posting, male subs has been noted by others.

...I like your handle LANDCRUISERGAL. I have a 75' FJ40 that I am restoring and once had a 1965 FJ45 pick-up with removable hard top that I had totally restored. I love Landcruisers. I would love to fill you in on the kicking and standing. Snap kicks work very well and if your going to do some hard kicking you might wear a sock to keep your foot from stinging. As for standing, well most gals like the feeling on two balls under their foot.
