Well, I've read all of your posts in this thread.SweetGigi said:Like I said, my concern is now for us as a community.
I apologize for my offenses.
doll_parts85 said:Okay. Lets all stop posting and let it die.
SweetGigi said:No, you have. You are planning to meet with a man in an unsafe way and risk your health for momentary statisfaction. THAT IS WRONG!!!!!!! When the crap hits the fan, it will effect the rest of us and you aren't taking any foresight to that. Don't roll your eyes at me like I am the one doing something stupid. You are the one that refuses to see the forrest for the trees here.
Point blank:
You will be hurt in some way if you meet this man.
You could be killed and stuffed into a 55 gallon drum.
Your stupidity and actions will create a backlash we will all suffer from.
End of story. If you aren't gonna protect yourself, I will do what I can to protect the rest of us. You are sick and so is he.

We appreciate the concern, but NONE OF US have any clue whether DP and her "Master" aren't even one and the same person... This entire thread could be nothing more than one long continuous yank of our collective chains. The purpose of this thread was not to get advice, it was not created to learn something, the purpose of this thread is clearly to generate drama, which it has. In spades.
Through her words the OP has repeatedly demonstrated her refusal to accept responsibility for herself and her actions.
So please don't waste any more of your precious time, energy, or concern on someone who's only going to listen to what she wants to hear.

wicked woman said:I second this. Gigi go read dp's posts on the GB and you'll see you have nothing to be concerned about. Though not a troll, she's not as dumb as she pretends. Loves the attention....questions whether it's all part of a research paper she's doing.
But even if she was...I agree adults have the right to decide for themselves... even if we sometimes make stupid decisions.
Mamid said:I don't know how many times people have told her to go get care on this board just in the last few days. She refuses to listen to us.
Her cutting herself - if she is actually doing it - demonstrates that she needs care. she just hasn't spoken to or shown the right people her cuts or other mutilations she has done. If she had, they would have put her away.
Mamid said:Then go to emergency and show someone there your cuts. tell them you did it to yourself.
if you are unable to take the first step and admit that you self mutilate, then there is nothing anyone can do to help you.
Kierae said:Borderlines who self mutilate don't get admitted to hospitals or psych units these days (nor have they for many years). The majority of the time the cuts are superficial and since it is a repeated history, the recommendations is to refer them back to their therapist. Therapists can only do so much until the patient gets TIRED of doing this and is willing to learn a different coping mechanisms.
Personally I wouldn't waste my breath on trying to tell her to do anything since she clearly doesn't listen and loves the attention she gets from all of this.

Mamid said:Yah, she sounds like a bpd. Guess it must be different here in Canada. You self mutilate through cutting, you get to spend a few days in the hospital explaining why you did it. Most therapists when dealing with BPDs just throw their hands up and only do what is needed on the most basic level for therapy.
I spent at least 3 years studying BPD because some idiot councellor's coworker said that since I sounded like a friend of theirs and the friend was diagnosed with it, I must therefore have it. A councellor. With no psychology degree. *headbang* The psychologist that specializes in personality disorders vehemently disagreed. Post traumatic stress, most definately. BPD, no. I think I still have my books on how to deal with a bpd somewhere around here...
