I joined Literotica back in 2004, and posted a few stories that were reasonably well reviewed. Since 2005, I haven't posted any new stories, but a few months ago, I had an idea for a story that might evolve into a series, so I ended my 18-year hiatus by publishing Groomed by Gaslight.

It's an incest/taboo story about a mother, age 67, and how she initiates a sexual relationship with her adult son by manipulation. Her relationship to her children has always been very complicated, and in this story I attempt to convey how Christopher (the son) is lured into his mother's trap as she plays on the resentment he feels by always being gaslit and overpowered by his mother's manipulative ways.

The balance between dubious consent and manipulative lust can be a tricky tightrope, and my story was indeed amended with an editor's note upon publication. I welcome any criticism, negative as well as positive, and would gladly hear how people think the relationship between mother and son might continue. I have started a first draft on a sequel, where Margaret comes to visit her son and his family, where she uses subtle clues to let her son know that their sinful acts will continue, and my aim is to make it a series where they are pulled deeper into it together. While the stories are primarily erotic, albeit in a perverted way, I also want to dive deeply into their dysfunctional relationship, and how it continues spiralling out of control.
