I doubt it will pass inspection. Werewolves are acceptable, dogs are not; tentacled demons would pass muster, squids are real and thus probably not permitted. I don't think the "fantasy" element is enough to alter that; the other categories you mentioned (arachnid and furry) necessitate a degree of the supernatural that isn't present in this take.

As threatened on another thread, I have now posted a story "Deidre and Horny Horny", about sex between a woman and her unicorn, which is a kind of horse, of course. It was accepted, and I mentioned in the notes that some of it might constitute beastiality. The unicorn using his tongue and Deidre masturbating him might have been rejected. The part where his horn is used, I would expect to have accepted.
