I guess my lifestyle at this point would be considered swinger as I belong to a small group of like minded people and I do have several friends that are willing to help a lady in need and of course I reciprocate that. I certainly do not need to go out and get laid every night but 2 or 3 times a week is nice. I think some of the older guys might surprise you and I am talking late 50's not 80.
