Hello everyone.
It will appear as if I am the final missing piece of the puzzle ... so to speak
. Apologies for the delay ... /grumbles something inane about timezones.
Please find my bio for Sky:
Name: Sky
Race: Vampire
Height: 1.72m (5.7ft)
Weight: 60kg (133 lbs)
Age: 869 (appears to be 25)
Profession: There isn't anything out there she has not at least attempted
Sky was sitting at her desk paging through the reports. Her school for gifted young artists has been running for nearly a decade. She found great pleasure ravishing through the creative minds of the free spirited students that were hand-picked to attend her school, even though her actual involvement in the school remained shrouded … allowing her to stay as long as she wished without arousing the suspicions of the humans. The school was often slammed for its shocking art displays that had seen more than a few conservative members of society faint from sheer shock … Sky however took an obscene enjoyment in their reactions.
Out of principle, she had made a home on the human side of the city in an attempt to rekindle her link with the human race. She fed off their emotions and found their pre-occupation with wealth and standing in society … a tad amusing. With some crafty use of make-up she appeared as human as the next … but very few knew of her depraved and dark sense of humour that often led to Sky’s involvement in ‘stirring the pot’ … so to speak.
She was frivolous, enjoyed life and took very little seriously … except the value of life. Her eyebrow quirked as the news headline broke on her flickering TV screen. A stormy expression settling on her features as she purposely pushed her chair back … fury kindling in her azure eyes.
“I think I need a Bloody Mary,” she said to the empty room.

His first memories date back to ancient Greece and the death of his father, mother and sisters.
Physical Appearance: Six foot two, dark skin, short black hair and blue eyed, he weighs 220 out of the shower but walks lighter as the hunter / warrior he once was.
Profession : Godfather of the southern half of the city, Haven
Bio, to be expanded in the main thread: Talon found himself in Haven once again trying to hire himself out, but with the war that eventually came decided he was tired of wasted blood and death and that a change was needed in his life. That tact drew the attention of wiser, cooler heads and he was elected as the immortal representative, a position he at times regrets but will not walk away from.
Talon rarely speaks of his past, only the future of the city Haven to which he has tied himself to. He's become wealthy as the city has expanded and calloused as that growth has come with it's own price, each and every business on the south (or immortal) side of the river pays penance to his "office" and in return he promises his loyalty and support.
Talon enjoys, for the most part, what he does, including the negotiation and collection of his "payment" from each business and it's owner.
Abilities and weaknesses : Strength and speed of movement are enhanced, eyesight and hearing is as well, he's trained his mind to record events and reactions from others. He can levitate, fly if you will, but not at any super speed and only able to carry the weight of one person at a time. He heals quickly if injured, though silver if used as a weapon will hurt more and take longer he won't die from it. Sunlight, a fire intense enough to incinerate, or decapitation are the only ways to kill him permanently.

#4: Memories... I like the idea but think it should be refrained to "with consent or under situations of self defense"? It's a powerful thing to be able to tap the mind and manipulate it (though I WISH I had that power with all the sexy Ladies here

so no inserting memories, or just removing that whole piece altogether? Can she still tap into, amplify, remove?

Not removing the entire piece, but modifying...
for example... she can modify or remove a memory if the person (character) asks for it to be done (as in trying to restore a blocked memory, or block one too horrific?) , or if you're setting a scene and had permission from your co-writer to do so to their character?
I was thinking Talon might want the memories from the recently dead or dying at the crime scene,and since the victims would be npc's it could be done then... or how much fun it might be to amplify a memory of sex?

Near dead, if given consent, memory can be read.
tangent - She can't really be seen in public... can possibly be dangerous for her if someone sees her as a rival enemy (because of her passive ability) and decides to attack? Can she keep shop in Lana's place? or should a completely new 'room' be created for her? She really only needs a studio to work and live.... (besides she might bring in more customers....)

I was so excited to see that the IC is up... but I just want to mention that on my computer I cannot read what is written in the gray parts....not sure how to adjust my computer to do this

In your control panel go to "edit options" then choose a different "forum skin" it sets the colors differently

VT, can take one of the four suites. One is Talon's, always. The other three are open. So its not a problem for your char. to have a suite for herself
You just UP and give her one? No bartering? Talon will want a bigger piece knowing the bar will be busier and even more now that Lana is in deep doo-doo!
