phases in your writing

Hmm. I think I've had the same basic ideas and style since I was 18 though I have played with open punctuation a bit and flung a few forms. Basically, I tried to build a better crap filter. The crap filter thing seems to be the most essential bit. :) Good question, Ms. Chips.

no seriously, I couldn't think about answering your question because I got lost in your hair and how I wanted to play with it, twirl the curls, find my way to the back of your neck and breathe, it must be intoxicating.

my flabber is gasted. :rose:

I don't know about phases to my writing, but I have become more aware of my past errors as of late. I've been making a conscious effort as of late to avoid reusing words, something I used to be very guilty of. I've also been more focused on more dynamic sentence structure, moving thing away from the humdrum way of laying out a sentence to make it pop.

I also find common themes in all my works, whether nonfiction or fiction.
