Gentleman, I am not ashamed to admit that I could not hold out. I simply don't have the strength or endurance to withstand such fearsome devices and strategies. They were so cruel, I can't even describe them outside the BDSM forum.

She broke me. What can I say? ;)

Well, you withstood the onslaught in a very manly way. You lasted longer than I would have. ;)

Hmmmm fearsome devices and strategies was it???? Would you care to describe these devices and strategies to the listening audience by chance??? :D And I am sure they can be described here - after all, we are all adults and can take it.

They were burgers, Cate, with an "r." And remember: when it's important, a man has to do what a man has to do. That's all I will say about eating the burgers.

As for the torture, you yourself were a participant so don't you even try to weasel your way out of that one. ;)
Ok Yank, first of all, the 'R' thing... I'm a Bostonian, I don't do 'R'. Secondly, I noticed my typo earlier this afternoon but felt badly for you and thought a typo would brighten your day... just returning the pleasure since I quoted your typo!

Now, onto the real subject at hand. In no such way did I 'torture' you. The ONLY comment I made was the one in this thread. Perhaps some of the other lovely ladies tortured you - frankly, I'd like examples of what you define as torture - but I didn't participate. (Sad to say. ;))

And I just cannot accept that YOU, Yank, would EVER let that many burgers pass your organic lips... there must be some alien force at work here. I can live with that explanation, maybe. :p

comforted? baking bread

happy/positive? popcorn

like a kid again? freshly cut grass, cake from a particular bakery

(I missed this earlier!)

Not to worry, I'm really not a Bobbitt type. I do however, know alternate means of castration. Living on a farm...well, you learn how to do certain things at a young age...

You know Scaly, I think you men ought to demand proof of this so called torture. But I'm staying out of this.

Which scent makes you feel, or do you associate with feeling...

comforted? Cherry-almond scented Jergens lotion. It reminds me of my mom.

happy/positive? Floral scents, particularly rose, carnation and gardenia. Also the smell I associate with a clean house--lemon.

like a kid again? Thanksgiving smells--turkey roasting, pumpkin pie, and all that. Also the smell of birthday candles.

aroused or sexy? Fresh clean sheets, men's cologne

uneasy/anxious/scared? Anything that I think means danger, like smoke.

irritated/angry? A dirty litter box, spoiled milk, a smelly garbage can

nauseous? Diaper smells (best way I could think of to describe it), the sound and smell of someone throwing up.

Feel free to answer any or all, add to the list, and elaborate. :)[/QUOTE]

Cate (is it all right if I call you Cate?),
Let me assure you the Pack has a way of dealing with those that break the code.

Mmmm hey Ed - question for you! Are you part of this Pack? If so, why is it you do not have same picture in your signature line as the other guys????

Spence was always one of my favorites. I like to think of his onscreen relationships with Katherine Hepburn (they were all mostly the same except for Guess Who's Coming to Dinner?") as being two strong equals and I admire that kind of relationship.

i copletely agree... but if i remember right, that's you in the picture with him... if that's the case, how did you come to meet him and what's the story behind the picture (where was it, what were you talking about, etc.)??
