Dave's Insanity Sauce appeals to th cheap side of my nature as well as my taste for ridiculously hot foods. It lasts forever because you only need a drop or two to make a quart of chili insanely hot.

it's entirely a matter of taste, of course. i like hot but not so hot that i can't taste the food that's being hotted. robust is about the best adjective i can think to narrow the field but i'm really just after suggestions. there's obviously no way anyone can begin to guess what i'd like. if there's a sauce you're passionate about i'd love to give it a go if i can find it locally.
