Can use a pump device to help them grow over time, or a plastic bottle placed over the nipple and squeezed until it sucks the nipple into the opening, placing a rubber riing around it before releasing, then taking off the ring when it becomes too much. The amount sucked in can be increased, and over times sometimes increases sensitivity and upstandingness!!

Done regularly for a few weeks, it would perk them enough to be plenty prominent for piercing
once the rings are in, the perkisness and sensetivity SHOULD stay
