I have no experiance with these types of injections but I have lots of experiance with the medical kind so I can answer some of the questions easily. As far as sensativity goes; if you inject into tissues fast it can sting/burn quite a bit and with enough volume and pressure do some damage. I see scarring and reduced sensetivity over time from repeated needle sticks in the same are due to scarring.
I don't know why you couldn't fuck if you could get things to fit.
They could be done many places. leaking saline under the skin is a common way that vets rehydrate animals. Hope that helps a bit.
