On another note apologies for no pics lately. It's been bloody hot to go outside! It's made me really lazy, but here are a few to make up for it.There's no particular theme for these shots. Still experimenting with styles.
Saw the moon during the day. Couldn't resist taking a picture.
This flower was looking photogenic, so I decided to take a shot.
Was playing around with angling.
Sunset at the park.
Thanks for the comment Fflow. Awesome panoramic shot!

What a great thread. I have no art of my own to contribute, but I hope you won't mind if I stop in to enjoy your gifts.
Thanks Fflow. If you're wondering I'm doing a lot better now. July 4th is just a tough time for me.WOW!!!
Those are gorgeous!
No worries or apologies necessary, Skipp. I hope that the personal stuff is all good and, if not, quickly resolves itself to your satisfaction.
Thanks for the kind words re the panorama. I just stood there and the camera did most of the work!
Hang in there!

Oh wow, incredible shot Fflow. I like how there's one standing out so proudly amongst the others. What kind of flower is that? By the way, love the Emerson siggy.

Here's my go at the shots. Been in a photograph drought as of late, so I have some catching up to do
Here's my go with a few shots after having a photograhical drought.
Thanks, I'll remember that.I'm glad you're better, Skipp! If you need an ear to bend, mine is fairly flexible.
That's good words to live by. I love Emerson, but me, I'm more of a Thoreau guy. Both great writers of their time though. Thanks! I love Emerson. Whenever I feel challenged by life, I try to remember that quote. It is very sound advice.
Thanks. I completely agree. These are both fantastic. The colors in the first are so seductive. I guess that's why people love roses.
I'm flattered you said that, thank you. This second one feels like a shot I'd take!
Wow, love those bubbles hubby. They are quite hypnotic indeed.I was on the line this afternoon watching the others descend......the bubbles are so hypnotic!
A few more shots.. Class started up this week, so I haven't had much time for pictures.
very cool thread you have here, Fflow!
This was the Black Widow spider that lived outside our garage last summer. My son named her Fifi.
