What Lies Within

The veil hides her smile,
her eyes laughing as she turns.
Soft sandals on slender feet
send tiny dust devils nipping at her heels.
Black cloth hangs about her,
small details bring life to
the desert of her dress.
An embroidered stitch,
a flash of gold belies
the fallacy of modesty.
Her fragile wrists flash white,
her skin as pale as
the moon against the night sky.
Even as she moves, the cloth reveals
a curve, her hip moving as all hips do,
to a sensual rhythm as ancient
as the dawn.

Hidden, she smiles,
knowing the power of
what lies within.

Now married with child, the riding has taken a back seat to other arenaline inducing hobbies like stroller races and trips to the park. LOL.

i think its just everything. Parents divorcing, not sure i'll have a house soon, being turned down for SSD, not able to work, ect. Its hard to stay focused, when the only thing you have going for you is sleeping

Create a word painting of your ideal life, and try to give it enough detail to feel real. Read it aloud every day.
