Because it's a misdemeanor he won't be.
However, what's possible is that he can be expelled for knowingly providing false information to the police. Absolutely no one truly believes his pathetically and obviously false excuse and his pleading guilty to the charge proves that he knows he did wrong at the time he pulled the alarm.
That is conduct unbecoming a member of the House sufficient to warrant expulsion. Not the act itself, but the cover up.

He intended to pull the fire alarm. The reason behind that intent is irrelevant. Ergo, he pleaded guilty to the act.
The guilty pleas proves he lied about his reason for pulling the fire alarm. He claims it was "accidental" but his plea proves he did it intentionally. That is what he should be expelled for.
Your intent with every post is to mis-inform. Hasn’t dissuaded you yet.
Kind of like Trumps trying to hide behind it, in two of his four indictments....
