There is no question, you claimed the majority of Republicans support first trimester abortions. They don't. You are misinformed...as per the whole reason for this post. You asked for citations of your misinformation I gave just one, out of hundreds.....

2-tiered justice system strikes againRep. Jamaal Bowman reached a deal to have the charges cleared from his record once he pays a ticket

The real charge should be obstruction of a congressional proceeding. That is a felony under federal law 18 U.S.C. § 1505 with a punishment of up to 5 years in prison.

Bowman could have also been charged with obstruction of justice. Class A felony that carries a punishment of up to 30 years in prison.

J/6 protestors who committed these were locked up in solitary confinement and sentenced to years of prison
