To get back to the original question, I would look at it this way:
Is the focus of the story the cuckoldry, or is that a secondary element brought on by the ebb and flow of the story?
As I reader, I look throught the loving wives stories and can find myself liking any of a number of possible outcomes: kick the bitch to the curb, reconciliation, etc. That is why I like Harddaysnight, Slirpuff, and any number of writers; I know that, while the story may not take the path I prefer, I will not be unpleasantly surprised. Their stories have to do with the intrigue and the actions of the 'loving wife' and the people affected by her actions.
However if, as the story develops, it becomes obvious that it is focused more on the 'cuckold' aspect (such as the recent 'Pippa and Harry' stories posted in loving wives), I would post in 'fetish'. These are obviously more focussed on the domination aspect involved in some types of a cuckold relationship.
As a last comment on the question: if the husband or boyfriend is a willing participant or gets no retribution, and you post in 'loving wives', give people a warning at the beginning. It won't eliminate the lambasting you will most likely get, but may lessen it a bit.
