Just don't buy anything that's packaged in a can or a box. Unless the list of ingredients is only three or four items long and you can know what they all are without a degree in chemistry. Seriously, if you shop only the perimeter of most grocery stores (Produce, Meats, Dairy) you will avoid most processed foods.

I have a thread. It's really just an exuse to catch up with a buddy who I only see there. the thread is what you'd expect, but while we post, we also IM about family news, work, our dogs, and growing up in a small town. It's the only time I see him, and it's a fun opportunity to touch base.

I went with 3 girl friends, and one of their sons, who is like 22, I think. Big fucker no matter how old he is. Anyway, it was held at a local winery. We never attended this one before. Sadly, it was a bit on the lame side. Still we managed to have an appalling amount of fun. I popped home for a moment to freshen up, and then we are headed out to the bar to shoot some pool and behave in an even worse fashion.

At the wine festival my dear. I didn't notice how burnt they were until a very nice and helpful gentleman at the bar offered to rub allow on them for me. He didn't have any aloe with him though, so I declined his kind offer.
