Though that my cause it to function less than optimally for a while, I have no doubt you will wring whatever friction you can from it and motivate it speedily back to optimal performance. On a more positive note, this past week will have allowed your unit to heal and therefore the fuckholes in question to reset... or shrink and tighten. For a limited period only, you may even forget at times what a fundamentally broken and jaded little annihilation-whore they're attached to.

All users are to be commended for the total success of conditioning this unit to your unique tastes. It saved a great deal in anaesthetics, analgesics and neural reprogramming. Your unique and extreme brands of sadism have been instrumental in the speedy repair of your unit.

Damn... me again.

There have been a string of public holidays in the UK the last month and since I work in a bar, I've pretty much been flat out. There's also been sickness among the staff and a backpain pandemic. I've basically been too tired and stressed to write anything and I'm sorry, because I know I'm probably wearing out the patience of my co-writers. Anyway, I'm going to catch up with my threads over the next week and I hope that the delay doesn't earn my hapless characters too much more punishment than they were going to get anyway.

... Actually no, do feel free to take all your frustrations out on my SRP marionettes.

If you are in a thread with me and have anything you want to discuss, now would be a great time to do that before I wade in and post.

I'm not sure if those I write with wander this far, but I do apologize for vanishing off over the past week or so. I've been laid up in bed (for less than desirable reasons) and am slowly getting over my illness.

I am taking a break for health reasons. I do not know how long I will be away or when I will be able to function within normal parameters again. I know that I will be in and out for at least a week.

All of that being said to say this~There will be days when you see me here but get no responses in our shared threads. I apologize in advance. My writing/brain/emotional state is not up to snuff and I am seeking medical attention to help me fix the problem.

I am assuming a week because that is the initial analysis. It may be shorter, could be longer. either way, I will be back to play in our threads when focusing is something I can do normally.

I'm going to be out of town on the road a lot. Driving up to New York, first, then to Canada, and then after that, have a bit of a work trip. Shortly after that, I'll be flying to New Jersey for a few days to attend a wedding. I should be around posting again full-time by July 16, though I might manage to find a few days in between trips to sneak in.

Ok, so my drunk roommate accidentally poured rum into my laptop....I've lost the use of the 24th and 26th letters of the alphabet. Might seem a silly reasoning, but I won't be able to reply to posts until I can use my entire vocabulary.

I have had that problem so many times but with a teenager spilling his coke on it. Mine is wireless and really hates when that happens ...it is like alein gremlins take over the keyboard until it dries out.

Try removing the affected keys and putting silicone packages over them with the key board upside down (The small packages they put in pill bottles, shoes etc to keep them dry)

Well, I called Apple Care and they told me to try rubbing alcohol. I can't shut the lid of my laptop because the screen is partially busted. I'm going to try the rubbing alcohol later, but I have a sneaking suspicion that it's gonna need repaired...

So, of course, I call the Apple Store and they tell me they have to see the computer to tell me how much it will cost to replace the keyboard....>.<

At this point, I'm going to try and get it repaired this weekend. We shall see...
