I think I'm mostly caught up on threads at the moment, but in case that changes - I stupidly jammed my thumb last night and typing is a bit arduous. I'm waiting until Monday to go and get it checked out, I'll probably need a spica splint. Not sure how long it'll be sore but just wanted to let people know, so they don't think I've forgotten them. Replies may still be coming, it all depends on how bored I get with icing my hand.

I'm way behind on my posts and I know this. RL has got crazy lately... literally. I care for my mother and she's recently got paranoid and delusional and been sectioned under the mental health act. I'm visiting the hospital daily just to persuade her to eat and take her pills. It's emotionally draining and I'm finding it really hard to write right now.
That said, I remain totally committed to the threads I'm involved in, even the ones I haven't managed to start yet. Please bear with me and I'll endeavour to make it worth your while once my creative juices are flowing again.
Massacre I might find difficult in the immediate future but I'm still really looking forwards to writing it. I'm not going to back down from anything but I'll be slow to post.
If anyone wants to replace me in anything, that's completely their prerogative and I won't be offended. Just drop me a pm so I know not to post.

Kind of getting my ass kicked with a bunch of busy stuff and class starting up. So - the idea that I was gonna be on a regular vacation home and have all kinds of free time to write went out the window almost as soon as I got here. I've been busier than I would be at home, only getting less sleep and having less privacy. Regardless, I've been trying to get their wifi to work over the past few days - looks like it's working now - go, me!

Well. I'm a married lady. I don't really feel any different though.
I'm back from vacation. Back to work on Monday.
And since the cats out of the bag everywhere else...
16 weeks or so and its a boy. A bit early to know the gender, right? We had an amniocentesis done. But. That only confirmed what we saw on the ultrasound. My old man had the biggest stupidest grin. In-utero erection. Who knew.
God damned nosey ass sister-in-law. Anyway.
Very much unplanned and ridiculously unanticipated (considering I was under the impression for the last 12 years I couldn't get pregnant). So. Not entirely sure what it means yet. The old man is flipping shit because 2 months ago he only had 2 more years til his little one went off to college. But hey. We're happy. Shocked. But happy.
This could mean an absence, but to tell you the truth, I don't have a clue...
