I'll take the bait.

A lot of discussion has taken place lately over the Daddy/girl dynamic in BDSM. Most persons who embrace those types of relationships go to great lengths to establish that the relationship is not about incest or even ageplay necessarily.

I happen to be sexually drawn to this type of dynamic for all the same reasons already enumerated and far more eloquently stated than I could manage. And like the rest of you, I would say that it's not about wanting to fuck my real dad. But that's easy enough for me to say. I grew up in a single parent household where father was absent.

Speaking only for me, I have to admit that incest/taboo fantasies are particularly compelling. They are in some ways separate from my submission fantasies, but also closely linked to my Daddy desires.

I view it as my "kink". Sort of like I want submission and service to be the cornerstones for my sexual and emotional relationships. But within those, there will be bit of filth, an uber-nastiness related to incest fantasies, the spice in my personal pantry. I relate to Pure's commentary on abject sex. As to your question of retirement/nursing homes, most of the homes have a very strict limit as to what is allowed to be offered to the residents; due to certain legal standards each state has to go by. As most of them, not all; are past the age where porn and sex toys are even usuable.

Most residents that have made it to the point of being in the homes, are either fully Alzheimers or partially impaired in one way or another.

At the ages they are, most of them are the type that still go by the old views of being with their husband/wife all their lives. And even after one has passed on, they dont even consider sex a part of their life.

And i say this because my mother is in one of those homes near me. And i am down there every day, and see how the residents act. And its like they have no, or very little; cares left. It is sad to see sometimes, but it is the truth.

I'm terrified sometimes of how I'm going to age. Those homes have to have ex sex-workers ex "other women" ex randy 18 year olds who can't keep a dick in their pants, a whole host of secrets. I can't imagine what I'd be like without the ability to edit myself, it's already bad.

It's not the reality that family always protects you? Of course not. I mean, no one's perfect. Sometimes people fuck up a little - like I get distracted and my kid gets into something he shouldn't and gts hurt - and sometimes people fuck up a lot. And sometimes people are malicious, and sometimes someone hurt them and now they are doing the same, repeating the cycle. And so on and so on.

Like I said - it's not about my judgment. I mean, no matter what fantasies you have - no matter how taboo - as long as you're not hurting anyone else, it's not really my (or anyone else's) concern.

But I also don't think we do ourselves any favors by pretending that certain fantasies that are the product of abuse, or tradgedy or whatever, are "normal" or, even, dare I suggest, necessarily healthy.

Good point. There are lots of people that have fantasies or practice sexual acts that are considered waaay out of the norm. Illegal in a lot of places, but they were never abused or had anything in their past that would seem to aim them in that direction.

I just read that and, having the out-of-effing-control-imagination that I posess, I found myself IN that possition, tied and not at all in a possition to say different. i don't believe it's necessarily natural and healthy to be weirded out by the mere thought of incest. way back when humans were few and contact with non-blood related tribes/groups was rare, incest was the only way babies were made. and then you have to think of the many cultures, from wealthy ancient egyptians to european aristocrats who fervently practiced incest as a way to keep the bloodlines "pure." it's just never been a natural "taboo", imo, but more a taboo brought about by modern science and uptight 20th century social mores.

as i've already shared in this thread, i used to have incest fantasies about my own father, from the time i was a child on up, and there was never even the slightest hint of abuse or unsavoriness from that direction.
