Re-hydrating this morning - slowly. I ate two bowls of cereal yesterday - that was it. Slept half-assed. It feels like the humidity is 4000% - sticky here. I may turn on the a/c just to take the edge off of it. Lower back is sore, like from Thursday's activities.

At about knee cap level is pretty effective and is very difficult to defend against. Higher strikes are a lot easier....from experience....

What are they doing with it?? I know when my dad had cancer we had a local charity group help them with hotels and eats when they had to go do his chemo treatments. It was a true blessing
