busy.... but sounds oh so fun! I would love to see some of your work sometime.... do you post anything to show off?!?!?! ;)
Well this is only my second semester so I haven't learned enough to be able to "Show Off" yet.

Well we have an annual student show at the school. It actually just ended so it will be awhile for the next one and even then not all pieces get in, but if my stuff turns out alright I'll try.

good on you....that would be amazing... i just love creative flow.... no matter the method or even the end result.... it just shows so much of the innner person... such a gift to be able to share in that!

less than an hour of work left here...and then i'm out the door to get a ride in before the storms that are supposed to come.... and it is beginning to go grey.... Maybe i'll get lucky and finally get my spring drench! *eg*

LOL Well I guess the stuff I made this semester will show off my "Inner Person". I made one piece as a Thank You for a group of people and I made one piece just to be weird LMAO. I'm still working on one piece that my Mom asked me to make.

One piece I made(the one to be weird) is called Gearhead #6. I had alot of problems and setbacks with it so this is the 6th one I had to make hence the "#6"

It is a face with a gear coming straight out of the forhead, but partially embedded.

Some of the more "Artsy" people looked at it and said stuff like "Oh, you're showing the inner workings of the human mind", or "Oh, its showing the connection between man and machine"......I just looked at them and said "Nope, I'm doing it to be weird".....I think that kinda confused them. :D

If you make it out to California sometime you might be able to come see them in person.

Posting on an adult website while at work........naughty girl. ;)

:D oh you two! :D Saturday looks not so good here....beautiful weather and gusty winds....BUT..... look out Sunday....looking forward to a LONG ride! No Nascar race...no Easter dinner to cook....beautiful weather....full tank of gas
:nana: :nana:
We have just the opposite here. Today was great, a little windy, but nice and warm. We are going to get your bad weather here on Sunday.

I did 224 miles today. I kinda went on a Civil War tour. I didn't really stop at the battlefields, but I went by them. In all I went into 4 states, MD, VA, WV and PA.
I even took my bike down some gravel roads and almost sent it into the Potamac river. Hit some heavy gravel that pulled me over alot closer to the river bank then I cared to be.( about 2 feet). I did stop and take a few pics when I was in Harpers Ferry, WV. That is where I did the gravel.

Enjoy your ride and ride safe.

Agreed.

Have you scrubbed all the bugs out of your teeth yet. :D

I'm so glad I wear a full face helmet. Some of these look like they would have hurt. I know I felt the impact through the helmet.

LOL Well the wheelchair is ok, its the minus the CAR that sucks sometimes.

LOL Well this sememster I'm only taking one class and it doesn't start till 9:00 am so I'm ok on sleep.

I know I'm going to be busy once I go back though. Our bronze molds come back from the foundry and then we have to grind, snadblast, chase, and patina our pieces.....I may have to camp out.

That's a class. Kinda sounds like what I do every day at work. :D
If you do something you want to share, feel free to post it here.

Sorry about the no go. :(
I stopped at a big gas station/convience store, and a woman rolled in on fulled dressed cruiser similiar in color to yours. And guess what, she had red hair about the same as yours. Guess who I thought about.

That looks like some beautiful riding country. We really want to get out west, rent a bike and ride that country for a few days. Maybe someday.

I'm having some issues resizing all the pics I took to fit here.Thats my project for the evening, getting them small enough and posted. :p

Beautiful picks Copper! thanks for sharing.... glad you got a ride in. It's a rather grey day here.... would still be nice for a ride, but i've got too much stuff to do around the house and not much time to complete it.....

Take care all.... Happy Easter and chocolate comas to all......

Ok, I got a few resized so here they are. These were taken on a gravel road in Harpers Ferry in WV at an old dam that was partially removed on the Potomac River.
