It's allegedly summer here, but it's so cold and rainy it's not rose wine weather...so I settled on a Pink Gin for my last cocktail of the night (Bombay Sapphire shot, healthy splash of water, and a few dashes of bitters)

Nope, not this time, but I will. I had a new gin and wanted to check the taste and botanicals in it solo. So no bitters at all. But I will be sure to soon
