Well, it will be interesting to see how SCOTUS rules on the use of obstruction of a government process will pan out. Thin line between obstruction of a government process and 1st amendment rights to petition your government. Most people at the capital that day were just as American as you.

Are you really trying to equate passive group protests like sitting on the capitol steps in protest of a legislative vote or something with the actual violence, vandalism, breaking and entering, and security with guns protecting HoR members who were running and hiding in fear for their lives from people who were actively trying to obstruct a government process that we all saw on tv on J6?
