The lighter side of Vader
This was hysterical. I'm so glad that the trombone my oldest played is up in the attic as he was sorely tempted to drag it out and reprise this scene. I had no idea of the power of the dark side of the trombone.
New Av, check it out!
It is toe tally great.
Lady Gagas Formula for a Bad Romance...
(RAH)² (AH)³ + RO (MA + MAMA) + (GA)² + OOH(LA)² = Bad Romance

Search your feelings, Steve, you know it to be true...
Join me, and we will rule the Lit boards...!
So, SD, as someone who occasionally disappears for a few days respite from these boards, does that make you Darth Fader?

Good for you...especially for finding a therapist at only 1024 pixels per hour.On a more serious note...I find this thread weirdly cathartic.
As some of y'all know already, I'm a recovering addict who struggles hard with sobriety on a daily basis. I've sort of started realizing that I use sites like this, and even more specifically threads like this one...as a sort of "safe call"...whenever I feel a craving to use again, I come here, and talk, and post funny pictures and laugh and suddenly an hour's gone and I'm not fiending anymore.
I briefly toyed with the idea of starting a "staying sober" thread but I couldn't courage myself up enough to do it.
This is the closest thing I have right now to a counselor. Lolcats are my therapist.
