I also miss cattypuss and BBE.
I was just wondering about Cattypuss and BBE a while back. I remember when Cattypuss wandered off she had an exciting adventure ahead of her. With BBE I'm not sure, her last posts sounded like she was maybe having a bit of a hard time with the move to Australia. I'd also like to hear from OSG. I hope they're all well.
I keep checking people's profiles from time to time to see if they have logged on. OSG and BBE have been on Lit in December so at least they're alive and kicking.
Thank you for posting this! OSG is a voice I miss from this forum, one of many I miss reading, but one who pops into my head more often. I just have wondered where people end up and if they are okay. It's good to know they check in. I'm going to message her. Perhaps she'll see it next December.
I notices was on the ampics board this week.
Cali hasn't been here for a while. I could read her wisdom this week gladly.
Similarly, dge's humour, but he did drop in recently for one post.
I do not recall seeing Grace, I have been neglecting the book club thread where I normally see her.
The others....I am not sure I know who they are
I often wonder what has happened to people who no longer post here. Nh23, Lizzie Borden, DB (from Canada, I don't even remember her full username, I should dig it up), shy, Cat, Biatchinfire and Jockdom, Homburg, Viv and MIS, ADR, 00Syd, minx... The list really goes on and on.
Sometimes, when I check out the profiles of some posters I remember very well and I've felt like they made a huge impact on the forum and me, it's funny to notice they only might have less than 100 posts or only posted for a few months. They were here briefly but managed to write things that resonated with me greatly and still do.

I love churches and places of worship. I don't care for the religious ceremonies there but I love visiting churches etc.

How does one diplomatically tell one's neighbor/land lord to keep their kid in their own yard. I get that we have a pretty awesome yard but I'm growing weary of stepping out to find said kid loitering.
I'm not sure if my neighbors are having particlarly loud sex or if the walls aren't as thick as I've thought they are.
I'm starting to rethink using gags.
Maybe there is a strange and vicious cat locked in with your neighbour?
Well what did happen with the cat?
Did you get to meet the mysterious neighbour?
I have been thinking about absurdism and Camus for the last couple of days.
I also pondered of the phrase live each day as if it is your first. Its depressing how unoriginal this take is, but also encouraging how many have this idea ; the greater to live with the wonder and abandonment and to not become a cynic.
