Maybe get some physio for the knee?
It might be your knee can tolerate other exercise, maybe swimming, or non load bearing exercise, like cycling? Boris bike if you have access or council run gym to avoid um....word has gone "subscription" . for a while til you can run properly?
Re teeth, its ok for an op.. Do you know if you will have under local or general? I love to find silver linings, so here is this one, while it might spoil your unblemished record better this thana. Non routine one! And also, it gives you some experience of some routine procedures and to know how not bad they are for if you ever have to undergo them in the future. So worry about the unknown will be gone.

Three hours is better than two.
You have a body capable of swimming.
You get to go on a train not have to run in tired body to the pool.
How's that for a start?

Ooohhh...our pool is only just cooler than internal body temp so you never have that toe-dipping and wincing part *grins*
A Sunshine Smoothie is fresh orange and lemon segments for summery, citrusy flair, a kiwi for bulk and sweetness, ice to chill and a bit of kale for that oh so faint touch of bitter that barely registers on the palate, all blended with freshly squozen OJ. It's scrumptious and I could drink it all day long
2 munches in as many days MF?! Going for 3 for 3?

Not a chance! My wife and I are both exhausted now after being out after midnight two evenings in succession. As well as socialising both times, we also did some play at last night's event, so a quiet day today is all that we're seeking.2 munches in as many days MF?! Going for 3 for 3?
We're lucky enough to have quite a few options readily within driving distance, although they have a habit of all falling in the same week.
We're still on for that. Don't forget the group hug as well! Daisy mentioned last night, though, that there won't be a lot of space around her stand for us to mill around -- and we don't wish to impede any of her opportunities for business -- so we might just adopt it as a mutually recognisable meeting point before we move on elsewhere.London alternative market. Any thoughts on what time to get there? As I understand it, the cost of entry to LAM is slightly less before 2pm (check on the site for details). Would that be a good reason to aim for around then? I've not been to LAM before, so don't look at me for sensible advice (not that anyone who knows me would make that mistake!).

Glad you are enjoying the munches! We went to the crunch again last night. I love to dance, to let go in that way. The music gets better as the night goes on Imho.
Presuming we are on, early is good. What time does it open? Opening time is good.....( keen, me? ) as often a little quieter at some sort of events...easier to greet.
Ok, point taken about Daisy's stand, but definitely want to give her a hug and say thank you again.
It opens at 12pm. I can probably get there for then : )

Morning all, still not dead, just not feeling terribly Lit-social atm. not sure why but i keep bypassing these forums when they used to be part of my morning routine.
I still plan to be at BBB with Belle next Sunday for those who attend. probably get there for opening and stay a couple of hours, some browsing about, a good chunk of it loitering at Daisy's stand
Other than that, work is still dragging me along kicking and screaming but I am now back onto the task of looking for something new!
Bought myself a new PC and a new desk / workstation which is the closest I have come to admitting I cannot build a piece of Ikea furniture single handed. Some parts of it really needed a bit more space than I had and a second pair of hands. But through dedication (and bloody mindedness, brute force and ignorance) I got it together. Johann is still a bit unsure about it but then he is unsure about any change!
Right, i have geeks arriving in about an hour and I still need to do some housework. I'll try to be more involved in stuff!
