Sounds like a fine plan. Not expecting you to get a lie in, but a restful few days sounds like something you need.
My throat feels like I have been swallowing razor blades

Good morning/afternoon Sir Winston
Good evening everyone else
This is my definition of a lucky Master...if anyone has other definitions for Master/sub etc i'd love to hear them
My definition of a lucky Master is one lucky enough to have a sub like Daisy
Not only does she have a love of flogging like myself but she is creative enough to make floggers to our requirements.
In short she puts the effort into finding the raw materials, buying them, cutting the leather to the optimum length and finishing them with comfortable handles.
There must be an equation in there somewhere but to simply
Daisy makes + me using them = a very happy couple
The chain floggers (they're a matched pair) are actually mostly used for warm-up and cool-down. They're *very* thuddy, and the metal chain is nice for both warming and cooling. I have to admit that Ex-wife #3 liked them used in a relatively slow Figure-8 pattern, though not so much Florentine (too much speed required to maintain the rhythm). She was very "into" thud more than sting. We actually built *two* pairs of chain floggers, one substantially heavier than the other. The lighter pair could be Florentined (with care). When we split up, she got the lighter pair and I got the heavy ones.... I am too much of a woose to make and offer you one like Sir Winston has made. Check out his chain flogger! I bet that brings tears to the eyes!

They were/are good for warm-up on an underhand stroke, gentle enough to give a good thud but not bruise, lol. Unless the person receiving the stroke has had experience with those floggers before, I wouldn't use an overhand stroke until they were *well* warmed up.Really surprised that they were ok for warm up!
One of the Rope Tops at the group I attend had made a chain flogger and had interlaced the chain with paracord. I tried it across my leg and woah! It hurt. Mind you, he had only used 2 strands of chain, so there wasn't a spread out impact area.
I love thuddy, big, heavy thuddy. The best floggers I have made, use lots of leather and deliver a massive thudI am looking at nunchuck handles, but none have caught my eye yet.

As for nunchuck handles, Google that exact phrase and you should come up with some that will strike your fancy; "nunchaku swivel kit" will give you some nice swivels that make nunchuck-based floggers work *really* nicely![]()
