The NEW UK Kink Thread

A very huge thank you to Mal, without whose help I would have been completely run off my feet.

A good day, very tiring, sold the biggest flogger I have ever made, it was Mal sized!

Glad the fair went well :). What's the difference between hay and haylage?

Early start for me today - car is in for the repair which will take 3 days. That's a pain, but I've decided to work it to my advantage by taking the opportunity to run the 3.5 miles home today and tomorrow :D

Wishing us all a good week ahead x

Morning all

Was great to see Daisy yesterday and had a great time sitting at the stall and trying not to cause problems :) Drank less tea than expected but spoke to a lot of people who came to the stall, got my beard fondled at one point which was unexpected, and came away with a nice knife, some wax play candles and a very nice new flogger! (Thank you Daisy)

Lally, 3 days sounds not only frustrating but also expensive!

What are beards for if not to be fondled? :D

The 3 days is actually the cheaper option - it's because they're going to remove the troublesome part, send it away for repair and then replace. The other choice was to buy a whole new assembly for £1000 (rather than just the one faulty part, because of course, the manufacturer only supplies the full kit ) - this way it's going to cost me only £100 :)

Its more about what they are made from. Play candles are usually pure soy way or pure paraffin. Candles for light etc have additives in them that cause them to burn much hotter and keep the heat longer so you're much more likely to get burned if something goes wrong.

I'm not a huge wax play expert though, that above is more chemistry knowledge than play knowledge :)

Hopefully in September my experience levels will jump when my Sub is in the UK and we can play finally :)

It is not dissimilar in feel to violet wand play
The wax is dripped from a height, start really high as it is cooler by the time it reaches you.

Different parts of the body react differently. I hate it on my belly and inner thighs.

It can be quite artistic...

I sell it, so have to have tried it ;-)

Electrical stimulus through a system of (usually) plastic or metal electrodes charged by mild electricity, usually static type from a small generator box. Called violet as the charge causes a milt purple glow.

Also called electro-sex

Hi folks, I'm finally back after what feels like endless on-site chaos!! I've been trying to catch up a bit, and hope everyone's ok.

Ah-ha, Violet Wands, eh? I LOVE electroplay, but I've only ever experienced them once. They're not exactly like TENS, more like a more specialised, shaped plasma ball, with a much higher discharge level, and can come with various attachments to make things more interesting :D Most stuff I've done has been with the TENS type units, and it's a very difficult sensation to describe. DVS is very conversant with all types of electroplay, if you can track him down on here, and I did have a short thread on here a while back, if anyone's interested.

And wax play too!! Another one of my favourites, especially on the, er, 'sensitive' bits :) I haven't got any play candles, would like to try some at sometime, if I ever get the chance. Mal, you are right about the makeup of them, cheap white soft candles are usually ok if you vary the height, but coloured harder candles have additives and can burn noticeably hotter. Don't go NEAR beeswax candles, as they burn at seriously high temperatures.

Catch you later!!

Violet wands are a lot of fun!
Imagine when you get a static shock, now imagine being able to control the spark so it goes exactly where you put it.
Master just loves to torture me with one lol

That sounds like a lot of fun but not something I've seen or tried....yet ;)

Today's fun saga. Being sent to 2 sites to do inspection while still not having a lof on to the system I need to use to record them... and still probably expected to have the inspections in hand within 24 hours.

yay.

Hi everyone, hope you're all doing ok :)

Malich, that sounds like the level of organisation my lot are capable of. We've just got a new on-site rep, so after the end of this week, I should be back down to running support once or twice a week, and dealing with everything else from here. Could do with some return to sanity!!

Daisy, good description for wands. I've also been stroked with a conductive glove, which is a sensation I've never yet been able to put into words...

Lally, did you get the car fixed?

Elle, how's things?

Hi EnglishChap, welcome aboard. I aim to try everything eventually, that way there won't be anything left to regret at the end :D

Wow, so many exciting and sometimes alarming possibilities out there! And there was me finding a paddle a rather daring instrument.

Well, guess I am still quite new to all this. So much to try, but all in good time :)

Well, we all start somewhere :)

If someone starts with canes and whips they're probably over confident! :)

This is a good place to get ideas though.

Yes thank you :D

I've not seen him for a few days - he's in a recording studio in the city with his band, making music and memories :D He's not due back until late tomorrow night.

I miss having him here, but I think in a way we are both practising getting used to him living away from home, which is what will hopefully happen in September if he gets the grades he needs. It's silly things for me - like re-thinking meals and food shopping because the largest eater won't be joining us - but I know it's all part of the journey and I'm excited for him making a new life for himself.

Yawwwn!! Morning all, how's things with everyone? *rubs eyes sleepily* Well, I'm back in the office pretty much full time now, so I'm hoping to be around a bit more.

Lally, glad to hear your son's through the stressful bit, and there's far worse things he could be doing than making music and memories. I had some good times way back when, in my mates kitchen on Friday nights with just us, a bucket full of instruments, and a multitracker :)

Hi LucyBee, nice to have you around, there's a lot of good people on here, all with varying tastes and experience, so if there's anything you want to talk about, don't be afraid to ask, or join in.

Elle, have you got your personal space back yet, or are still finding new places to hide?
