Afternoon everyone...I think the sun's gone up North for its Summer vacation. Wall to wall cloud and even some thunder and lightning

Morning folks No thunder with us last night either, but a fair bit of light-ish rain later on. Bucketing down here at the moment, but actually not exactly unpleasant. Sort of like when you're sitting in a tent in summer rain, looking out through the flap, and the air smells clean, and the raindrops feel good on your face.

Elle, I might give this yoga some thought, it does sound very stress relieving.

Morning all! What a dreary day! I'd rather have heavy rain and thunderstorms than drizzle

Speaking of burn out, I've just worked out that I've only had 5 weekends at home alone since the beginning of January. No wonder my brain feels frazzled!

Morning all. Had to drop the car in to the garage this morning as a warning light came on while I was driving back over the Snake yesterday. SO I am now sat at the prof's finally drying off after getting soaked walking to, waiting for, and walking from the bus.

Have it all to do in reverse later. Ces't le geurre.

Thankfully it the weekend. Quietish Saturday though with lunch out for the ex-wife's birthday and then a busy Sunday down at BBB... well, assuming the car is nothing they can't fix today. Otherwise there maybe issues.

Got the car back. needs £300 of sensor replacing. Bleh. it's perfectly drivable without it but its one of those parts that i think you MOT fail for.

Elle - yes, yoga interests me too. I did pilates for a while. Was good for de-stressing and also good for building core muscles. But yes, feel I would need to research the various kinds of yoga as there are so many before I tried it!!

I kind of hurt my knee so have had to give up running for a while Feeling rather unexercised. Hey ho. But had a productive day down in Brighton. I love that my job takes me to cute places

Yeah, racers - must be disturbing. I am somehow in a mostly quiet area of London (ssh, don't tell anyone!). I need that now. Calm and peace.

Woo hoo!! Am off to see Master soon He has been mentioning wanting to buy a certain new piece of equipment for a while now and I am wondering if today it will be revealed...

Well, he's just over 1 1/2 years old...though I've had him since he was under 5 months.

He's a cross Malamud, Husky, Akita and Mastiff....so he's pretty big and strong. Imagine a German Shepherd look with a straight back and a curly tail.

Off to go watch a Norman re-enactment at Skipton Castle and have a spot of lunch with family because I'm just that much of a nerd

Well, Master has not bought his equipment yet, but I gave him a birthday present of an adjustable spreader bar to do with as he wishes

Now I am studiously ignoring the tender gum at the back of a row of teeth because surely it cannot be another annoying wisdom tooth trying to erupt. Sorry, there simply isn't room for any more teeth in this mouth. So it can jolly well stay where it is. Not that I don't want to have to try to find a decent dentist, which is impossible anyway.
