I’m about a third of the way through the stories published so far and am humbled by some of the frankly excellent writers among us. Going to be a great contest list this year.

Yes, it turns out that I can. I just submitted a first time story written in the time since my previous post and now. (It looks like about a day and a half.)

It's short, and certainly not high literature, but hopefully people will find it fun.

I’m still short of the target votes, which is a shame - I reckon after clean up of the votes I’ll be outside the 25 still. It has been a good run, the views have decreased and the votes stopped but I have been really pleased to get something finished.

Post a link here, it might well suppress your rating [insert ‘people are bizarre’ comment here] but it could increase views a little.
