*Bounds in and, running, jumps into vails lap and nips her ear.*

Im full of energy today!

Just fine! Im helping to can corn, so it's unbearably hot in this house... lol.

You, my dear, look delicious in that outfit. *fans herself*

whispering

the real fun will be when you finally work out a story for us

yes yes, I know. Im working on it.

What kind of character would you like to play? I need some kind of idea catalyst... like, maybe some scientist or something...

sorry to not be much help. Fuckmeat is making me earn every bit, so I've decided to not help anyone else
LOL

If you need someone to thrash an idea out with, I'm always good at that stuff  I think of everything  I'm a massively flawed perfectionist.

I'm sorry I haven't been around here either, just been too busy to commit to much of anything and I've been playing catch up in my threads. Ugh!

well, you could have at least danced with me
grins at the minx

*Giggles and blushes brightly*

I wish I could Miss Vail, you've no idea...but I'm still not quite caught up yet so I need to do that first :rose:

I promise you, I'll save the last dance ;)

Where better to discuss plot ideas than a brothel? ^_^ I would love to have your input, minx, I've read some of your work and its wonderful.

Ok, this is a departure from what I had earlier, but its sci fi tastic, so prepare yourselves...

A machine, in space, called what can be translated as "The Library." It houses the collective knowledge of all sentient species in the galaxy. It sends observer-probes to planets capable of life. A benevolent creature, there are nonetheless races aware of its existence who would plunder its knowledge and destroy it, in order to establish dominion over everyone else. Think of it like a space-born library of alexandria.

At the dawn of humanity, when it became clear that the life on earth had developed sentience, it sent a mechanical womb deep underground, housing an artificially born girl. She was held in partial stasis until modern day (2800 approx.) She grew with each advance of the human race, the machine allowing her body to slowly mature over time. In the mean time, she lived in a dreamworld, like the matrix kinda. To her, her life has been the normal life of any girl from culture X, whether it be ancient or otherwise. Or just a straight up wierd dreamland, it doesnt really matter for plot purposes, although characterization would stem from this.

She awakes when the earth has become beyond saving. (Pollution, overpopulation) She holds the accumulative knowledge of the entire race, as well as the plans for the warp drive. (Not star trek, lol.) Which works by shrinking the fabric of space in front of the starship, and expanding the space behind it. The ship then travels, as does a surfer on a wave, at faster than light speeds.

Although the Library is her mother, and her father human knowledge, she has no knowledge of this thing that birthed her. But it contains that which can save us.. (The location of a warm planet with oxygen and water.) The thing tells of its own location to her. When they arrive, they must contend with the species hostile to the library, as well as other unforeseen circumstances.

*takes a deep breath.* :p

Anyways, I don't care if you want to be the Library-girl or someone else, but one of us should play her, I think.

Interesting. Run this by me again tomorrow when i've had a decent night's sleep? Which would you like to play?

Im OK with either. I could be the library girl though. Also perhaps we would realistically have a larger crew... 15 or so. But I'll leave it alone for now. Ill pester you tomorrow about it, get some solid rest! (When I get excited about a story I can't help it, forgive me. :/)

I'm the same way.
I think you know what the library girl needs to do, she's sort of the moving force behind the story. I think you would have to be the one to play her

Ok. I'll think of a snappier name than library girl. :p

I have to go do some stuff around the house now. Take care love. :rose:
