Oh my, I just had an interesting idea, have your slave hold a teaspoon between his teeth, place a egg on the spoon, if it falls and breaks... punishment!

Fill your slave's ass with warm water from an enema bag and then plug the ass with a very large anal plug..... That should make the kneeling and being still very difficult, or trying to concentrate on any other demands you make.
