Looks like you have a rough plot idea already. The best suggestion I can offer is this: Write compelling characters with both merits and flaws. Merits make people likeable while flaws give you tools to create tension and conflict between characters. Once you have established these traits in your leads and other major characters, be consistent in showing them.

You'll be surprised how easy scenes will fall into place.
