Time to Cull The Government

I'm not so sure about the DEA. If you eradicate the DEA then those responsibilities will probably fall on the shoulders of the FBI. Can't do that until the FBI is reconstructed from the top down.
The DEA has a very specific charter and you want to leave them in place. The FBI on the other hand sticks their nose into everything. You absolutely DON'T want the FBI to assume the DEA's bailiwick.

And that is an unsubstantiated opinion.

The point that the previous poster was making was essentially that partial take downs result in nothing happening because the bureaucracy will stuff it up, whereas if the entire entity is wiped out, any remnant essentials will soon manifest themselves. Asking Bureaucrats or Congressmen to determine what is necessary beforehand is absurd - too much self interest intervenes. It is far better to take decisive executive action and deal with any consequences after cleaning out the stables. Call it the Augean solution.

Why does the FBI need to be reconstructed?

That thread ran for 7 pages, and nobody ever could come up with any good reason for abolishing the Department of Education.

In this thread, nobody has come up with any good reason for abolishing anything else.

I don't think there is any serious responsibility to continue an objectively failed policy position that has very little public support. The war on drugs as it has been understood is a colossal failure, everyone knows it, most admit it and with the southern border WIDE open...the DEA and our drug policy as they are is an absolute joke. Kabuki theatre if you will.

For the time being, I think POTUS should make domestic illicit drug possession and even low level sales drug charges a secondary offence, an add on to actual material and or violent crimes, but not a priority issue itself. If not disbandment and reallocation of resources, a directive for the DEA to fight the actual drug problem on the borders and with the cartels would be the correct move imo.

Why does the FBI need to be reconstructed?

Because it was politicized and is overtly partisan.

That needs to be taken out.

Doesn't the FBI already have jurisdiction over the drug trade?

Not in any Deep State sense. The FBI was politicized in the Hoover years -- since then, not so much.
If you want to shove your head that far up your own ass be my guest but you're not fooling anyone with an IQ above room temp with that bullshit.

Just because the FBI investigated the Trump campaign and administration does not mean it is politicized. You know Trump never had any business asking Comey for "loyalty."

The war on drugs has to be a multi faceted endeavor. Laws have to change. Mental health and drug rehabilitation institutions need to be rebuilt in America in a big way. The border patrol need to re-engage in their primary duties and that’s protecting our border. A comprehensive border wall, cameras, road networks, ground surveillance radar systems, increase the number of border agents, increase air assets, hire more judges, re-establish wait in Mexico and Canada policies, put maximum pressure on China, Mexico and Canada to stop migrants from traveling through their countries to our. Need to increase ICE budget and start deportations of any illegal migrants caught with drugs or commit crimes.. possession of any drugs is a ticket out of our country.

I agree DEA should take the fight to the cartels in Mexico and gang members in and around the US. Defund sanctuary cities and states. Hold politicians accountable for interfering with ICE on executing deportation orders. Make selling fentanyl a life sentence if convicted. IMHO

Where would the money for all that come from?
Lots of Republicans live in sanctuary cities.

But the fact that they did Hillary, Biden and others.....found crimes, and let it go.

Unlike with Orange man where the SANCTITY OF THE LAW must be upheld. LOL Their bias couldn't be more obvious or political....they are the DNC's Gestapo and it needs to be purged and rebuilt.

OR an immediate deportation, we don't want to house/feed them and sending then back to whatever shit hole they crawled out of is a bigger punishment anyhow. But yea if the DEA stays the DEA it needs to be restructured and pointed outward instead of inward.

Which “crimes” were Hilary and Biden convicted of?
As always looking forward to an answer.

Without a conviction they didn’t find any crimes.
Again, that's not what the director of the FBI said.

Director of the FBI > spaz on the internet.

And aside from that as a matter of objective reality and legal reality, not getting a conviction doesn't mean they didn't find any crimes.

Plenty of crime victims out there have become cold cases.

Just take the L and walk away son.....digging yourself a hole of stupid won't do you any good. :D
