trump's transition team compiling list of personae non grata... says no-one tied to project 2025

Well they were right back then. The common citizenry was uneducated rabble who would just as soon cover you in hot tar and dump feathers on you than listen to opposing viewpoints.
As opposed to those who set buildings on fire, kick people to death for lacking melanin, turn over police cars, call for the death of cops, loot, riot, and would rather call a conservative a Nazi then punch him or her... Who abuse language to shut down all voices they disagree with, cancel people, and destroy lives for disagreeing on policy and politics? Yeah, we have advanced SOOOO much.

The founders are STILL right.

What's interesting is that nobody seems to think Project 2025 is anything that even Republicans would want to vote for.
What's interesting is how insistent the left is in thinking they know what Republicans want, despite being wrong about it 99.9% of the time.

  1. Trump pretended to know nothing about Project 2025.
  2. Trump hired the authors of Project 2025 for his administration so it can be implemented.
  3. MAGAs continue to pretend Project 2025 isn’t a thing.
Pretense is all Trump and the MAGAs have. 🙄

Project 2025 is a collection of articles and essays that was independently compiled by The Heritage Foundation. Some of the chapters were written by former Trump administration members and individuals close to Trump but the document was not produced in coordination with or under the direction of President Trump. The president himself has stated that many times.

Not surprisingly, there is overlap between Trump’s agenda and content in the Project 2025 document. Conservatives generally support less regulation, oil and gas production, illegal immigration clamp downs, eliminating woke policies in the federal government, shrinking the administrative state, cutting spending and waste, and making agencies under the Executive Branch more accountable to the president. These are all things the left fears.

There are also significant differences between the Trump agenda and some of the things the Heritage Foundation espouses. The most notable difference highlighted during the campaign is abortion. Project 2025 advocates a national abortion policy. Trump made it clear that abortion laws are being set by the states. He will not sign a national abortion bill.

The Harris campaign tried to portray Project 2025 as Trump’s blueprint and desperately tried to stoke fears of a national abortion ban. It didn’t work.

The Libs are Marxists. They demand that their people function in lock-step or they are non-personed. They assume all Conservatives do the same. They won't be convinced otherwise. That would require independent thought.

You haven’t read it. Neither has Trump.
He hasn't read the whole thing. He's been briefed on the policy concepts as well as risk vs reward.

Claiming he hasn't read it in order to disavow his knowledge of the contents is simply disingenuous. The people who wrote it are absolutely working with people on his admin.

Trump has not been clear on is position on abortion and likely never will.

He said he will not sign a national abortion ban. Harris was full of shit.

Facts.

He's said for a very long time it's a state issue....because it is and as long as it stays a state issue and the longer Republicans leave it there the more it's a thorn in the Democrats ass and he knows it.

DonOld says all sorts of shit…(See: The article in post #90 that BabyBoobs responded to.)

Just. Like. BabyBoobs.

That ^ is what liars and gaslighters do.

Side note:

Results are what matters - and the results of overturning Roe have been catastrophic.

Hope that ^ helps.
