Project 2025 is a collection of articles and essays that was independently compiled by The Heritage Foundation. Some of the chapters were written by former Trump administration members and individuals close to Trump but the document was not produced in coordination with or under the direction of President Trump. The president himself has stated that many times.

He hasn't read the whole thing. He's been briefed on the policy concepts as well as risk vs reward.

Claiming he hasn't read it in order to disavow his knowledge of the contents is simply disingenuous. The people who wrote it are absolutely working with people on his admin.

He's said for a very long time it's a state issue....because it is and as long as it stays a state issue and the longer Republicans leave it there the more it's a thorn in the Democrats ass and he knows it.
