There's a dead doe in our ditch right by the mailbox and it's starting to ripen.
I need to call the country and see if they have some sort of program to remove it.

There was some road paste on the pavement when I was out for yesterday's ride.


One thing about bikin', if there's something stinking near the road, you'll smell it.


Then there was that day when loud pipes saved the lives of the 15 or so vultures who were chowing down in the right lane when Wat motored through.


The first dead bear I saw on a road shoulder looked more like some guy in an ill-fitting bear suit lying there.

The small painted pin-ups on the stock are easily sanded off but honestly, he bought the rifles what he wants to do with them is none of my business. I only asked about them because I had never seen anything like it before.

Wat is a bundle of productivity this morning.


Walmart run is made, cats are all but provisioned for the week, and the bum breaker is replaced in the panel box. I really need to hire that guy I knew and re-made contact with and let his sort this damned thing out once and for as long as I remain here.


I guess that I'll plan that for a week's vacation. I've also decided to re-roof the house for good measure, so no more chasing leaks.


I wish that either added value, but both just keep the value intact.
