I would not say that as much as they no longer attempt to wear a mask
and try to fool us into believing they truly want the same things that we want,
Liberty, blind justice, equal opportunity and individual prosperity.

They are becoming quite upfront that they very much want to end
the days of individualism and replace it with a more communal tribe
and to those goals, they are willing to end Liberal Economics and
replace it with Socialist Economics, a top down approach where an elite
(and they all believe that they are going to be part of the elite)
decides what each person, in the advancement of the society as a whole,
should be "encouraged*" to contribute to the needs of society or what each individual
needs from society to be contented as an upstanding member of the tribe.

Actually that IS a philosophy, even if flawed and shown to be a failure historically, a philosophy none the less. I would say that half of those following that road are in it for the power, the other half are true believers. But there aren't all that many of either motivation when you get down to it.

Those aren't the ones with TDS. Oh, they use invective's against Trump as a motivating tool for the followers. But look how many suffer from TDS that aren't necessarily philosophically invested in that movement. They are invested in hate for the sake of hate and in their case the use of the word "hate" is entirely apropos. Those are the ones with some serious mental problems.
