Happy payday Wednesday!!! Got the usual middle of the month crap paid up. The cats will have water and sewer and gas, and they'll be so happeh for it.


Up too early - again, and for no discernible reason other than, I woke up. So it goes, Ah reckon.


Looks like I'll get what it supposed to be the ultimate wrap-it-up trip to Lago at the end of the month. I have already scheduled the weasels/subs for that last Thursday, bearing in mind that the last inspection is the Tuesday after the holiday, assuming that ownership gets the street lights in. Last we saw, they hadn't cut the trees yet. No matter, we can apply for PIF.


Ah, the lovely world of capitalistic high finance . . . .

Ever noticed the coincidence that I'm always out at the range on the days you get paid?

I remember working with a guy, a wannabe biker of sorts, who mentioned that Teh Fonz rode a knuck on season 1 and never again. This morning, Google filled in a couple of blanks on that.


The funniest one the guy told me, and I remembered the episode, was the bomb shelter one. Teh was obviously pushed in from stage left and was obviously under the barest of control in stopping Teh Beast. So then he got a Limey bike.

On the other hand, now that I have slowed down, I really enjoy Tim Allen's Last Man Standing.

I've seen portions of it. I have a very low tolerance threshold when it comes to commercials though so I rarely watch any of the broadcast stuff all the way through.

Yeah, that was when I was drifting away from teh bewb t00b, too. But I did catch the early bits of that show.


Our Lumber Saleslady is coming to visit today. She had best arrive at lunchtime and bring her credit card. None of the four of us has met her, so the PM suggested we do a pool on where she ranks on a scale of 1 - 10. Bourgeois Gene said it made him feel uneasy and that he was gonna call HR. Le(a)d didn't get it. I took a piece of paper and recorded my vote for posterior. It said:

I know, I'm horrible. Off to inflict the horror on the rest of the weasels.
