Sorry.

Tax on the house, the land, the business fixtures/infrastructure or the car: all the same to me.

;)

Even John Lennon was not pleased.

My compass works fairly well still. While biking, since I haven't sorted out what to do for navigation yet, I do it the old fashioned way: I look at a map and figure out where I'm going and then go.

So now I know where this morning's ride will take me, with a couple of options based on time allowed and rate of travel.

Harley fucking Davidson . . . .

Good Morning Threadsters!

And ain't it a lovely day! I did a few errands yesterday after work, one, being visiting the local produce stand. It's too early for the produce to be local, but it was still outstanding. Dinner consisted of the results of those purchases. Sleep was weird, but it always is, and I beat you all awake by an hour or so. <smugness>

I slept in and I don't give a fuck who knows it.

I was also late going to bed last night, so there's that, too.

The josh burns for all of Allah's little birds with broken wings . . . .

I spent too many years as the guy guy expected to step into it...

This is why I live like a hermit.
Old habits die hard.

Yippeekai-A muther fugger!

There's a biscuit thread? a southern biscuit thread?

Whatcha gonna do with the feathers from the dove and will one dove be enough?

Not that I know of. Especially those damn Muscovy's.

Back in the 70's the pet stores were selling ring-necked doves, a breed that originated in Africa. Some useless dip shits thought it was a good idea to 'set them free.' We're overrun with the damn things now. They're considered an invasive specie. No season, no limit, no license required.

Try shooting one in the head with a .22 from 50 feet or better. Let my know how it worked for you. :)

I found myself in an air Park. They have things that are aircraft related in things that aren't in these are Parts. Generally it's just an industrial section where you can get away with stuff you can't get away other places cuz it's already relatively dangerous because it's an airport. Branson's at the Scottsdale Airpark Dylan rebuilds Gatling guns. Like 20 mm Gatling guns.

So in this Airpark I'm adjacent to the airport itself but not actually in the airport. The building I'm leaving is next to some kind of security gate with your code pad that sort of thing and there's a guy standing there with pilot tabs on a shirt. I struck up a conversation the way I do and talked about my early days flying with my dad.

Come to find out I bumped into an ICE operation. He pointed out three unmarked white 737. I just assumed that they hadn't gotten the Livery at yet of the local airliner. The way he explained it it's ConAir for illegals. Specifically criminals. They're shackled the entire flight.

Apparently most of them are aware that they're not likely to survive the reception at the other end.
