I wish my summer was just ending... Mine's been over for a month now.

Yeah, my summer ended almost a month ago as well. So I'm attending classes all fall.


I've got an update in life for now and that is that I now have a second job. They just practically gave it to me w/out even considering others. I start my training next week then by the week after, I'm supposedly gonna be working the gas station by myself.

Yeah, it's a 3rd shift job a couple of nights a week. I get paid every week, plus a bonus every 6 weeks. I also get a really good insurance plan that will only cost me $5.99 a week... which is not bad at all. Better than the insurance at my current job, which I cannot afford nor want to get anyways. I'm definitely going to get it. I gotta find out when I can start getting on it so I can get insurance soon.

That's the thing I like about the job, a check every week, which means I'm getting two checks one week and a check every other week.

Well, off to do some reading homework. Nighters!

Good job with the work, Crow. I am waiting for an internship to start. I also got a job working games on my college campus. I am going up there today and see when we can start to do that. I need money right now.

Summer hasn't been over for a while. Its been in the high 70s to low 80s all week. I just miss the afternoons of playing sand volleyball and relaxing. Oh well, this was a summer to remember with everything that went on. Now I just have the memories.

But at least with classes 4 days a week it'll cut back on my 52 hour work weeks

I saw that there are a lot of people from Ohio in this thread. I just moved to Columbus (from Ashland) to finish my last two years at OSU. I am 20/m and living in an only 21+ town.

You have all my respect in the world to be able to work for hospice. They do some amazing things for people facing terminal illnesses final decline. WOw, that is one area of nursing I will probably never be able to do. I'm working towards my BSN, eventually going for my CRNA.

Why do you think I keep asking you when we're going to talk with each other? You'd get to know me really well if you would actually say yes and reply to my pms. Sure, I've only sent you one, but that's cause I didn't want to bug you if you didn't reply.

Anyhows, I was going to do homework, but I decided considering how late it is and the damn cat wouldn't let me work, I'm just going to take another 40 points. I'll still have an A, so long as I do everything else after this. And I'm going to do this.

Oh and tomorrow I start my second job. I'm going to be a real busy bee now. Two jobs, taking classes, and of course any work around the house. At least I'll have money is all that matters. lol.
