Another moment in which a man has looked dumb in front of a woman. Game, Set, and Match!

Change of subject please.

Actually, I don't look or feel dumb. And if you want the subject changed so badly, then you do it.

Yeah, summer is definitely still in full swing, thank God.

Also, I'm starting to think about the real world now. *gulp*

Well it is technically always summer where I am ( Barbados) so I guess there is no huge difference for me except that the days are longer.

perk: still getting id'd EVERYwhere (which is a compliment - i turn 27 tomorrow)

downfall: trying to get anybody older and wiser than you to take you seriously

Yes, 26 here. Still get carded but it's usually when i don't have my id with me  .

I look younger then I am and probably act that way too, lol.

Or getting are they yours (my kids)? One old lady even said "but your so young", this is after being married for 5 years

My favorite is you look great. to which I respond, Thanks tell me that when I'm 40 :D

These past few weeks it has been feeling like Georgia. Not to mention lots and lots of bugs at night at the gas station. Can't really do anything about it.

As for getting carded, I don't know how it is everywhere else, but here in Ohio, if you're under or look under 27, you must be checked for ID. I get people now and then that give me crap about checking ID. I've even had a few where they tried to have their friend buy the cigarettes in front of me for them. It's like, "What a fucking idiot." By law, if you don't have ID when asked for it, sale of the item(s) is declined. I can still get in trouble for selling to a friend of theirs because they were buying it for them because they didn't have ID.

I love the summer. It is the best season. WHy can't it be summer all the time?
i tend to think like that, except that now i wonder if less touristy seasons might not be better - less stress at work. really, summer can be a lot of stress.

What feels like Georgia? why? anyway... cool, i want to go to georgia! they have a cool writing system! and they are one of the quite off the beaten track places, i'd imagine. really exotic and all...

Georgia is one of the south states of Ohio. It is just above Florida and next to Alabama. And just cause there's bugs doesn't make it exotic. Not sure if you're talking about the same Georgia. I spent a week in Georgia during the summer and it was really hot and humid outside. That's how it's been feeliing like the past few weeks.
