Underage Sexual "activity" what...

Follow-up to my own previous post

Maybe we should have a story contest where the people had had sex in the past and are now well over "legal" age and look at it from a new perspective. Maybe we can also have some entries on identifying and arresting offenders who target children under age 18.

... If anything, 18 is still too young for people to have sex ...
So why do some States allow it at 14 (including marriage)?

... Should we make everything have a uniform minimum age and push it upwards? ...
That just leads to more law-breaking - vide the effect of the eighteenth amendment to the constitution.

... I'd welcome some more sober minds on this hot-button issue.
You've come to the wrong place for that.

I was considering posting a story in which the mother in the past had underage sex and produced a daughter, the mother and daughter being two of the main characters in a plot which revolves around the inheritance which should have come to the father.

All this ‘underage sexual activity’ of course takes place in the past before the events of the story itself take place..

Sadly, if the strictures of Literotica are to believed there would be no point in submitting it for RED PEN treatment.

Sorry guys…. Life just aint that simple….

The so-called ‘age of consent’ means nothing to teenagers nowadays. I'm not advocating underage sex, but it happens, more oftren than not nowadays and amongh the young folk themselves.

I read on Literotica.com (not in forum) that the only time you can reference any sexual activity of a minor is to merely state that it happened without giving any detail. For example: When Philip was 16, his mother took advantage of him and got pregnant. Or Sue lost her virginity when she was 15. If I find that again, I'll post it.

It depends on which of the Lit checkers reads your story. There are a number of examples of stories getting by which are far worse than others which are rejected.
