Yeah, that stuff sucks. So do places called Asian restaurants. I think they need to pick a discipline and stick with it. Doing all things means most of them will be done poorly, at least in most cases. My place is strictly Chinese and she buys decent ingredients which goes along way towards a quality meal.

There's a Vietnamese place locally that I'm going to try. I like the way they blend the Asian with the French, unique.
