Oh .. that's bad then. So, anything you say before they arrest you could arguably be inadmissible, but once you've been read your Miranda warnings, then the best thing to do is shut up and get a lawyer, even if it means the cops treat you poorly.
One thing that you should be taught in schools is to never give away your Constitutional rights ... they are there to protect you .. and if the police engage in misconduct .. AND you have a reasonably competent lawyer, you should be able to get the case dismissed.
