I made pecan balls/Mexican wedding cookies/pecan meltaways. So many names. I made them with cake flour instead of regular flour and they are very delicate. A few broke when I tried to get them covered in powdered sugar. I had to eat those.

Next I want to make some lemon cookies or a lemon bar. That will be this weekend.

I bought a desk stand for my printer. Very simple and easy to put together. I had a 50/50 chance of inserting the screw in the hole the right way…of course I did it wrong. Sigh. It’s done now though and looks great.
