Ohhhh yea that bird flue thing. I guess they were different times on multiple levels.
If you have any HOA I wouldn't be surprised if there's something in the bylaws that says dogs can't be outside, unattended past all certain time.

Oh - I've read the bylaws up and down... they are well OUTSIDE the rules... I just have to prove it before I call them out!
(and side note... I have a dog, I don't hate dogs... I just dislike owners that don't event attempt to control their dogs)

EXACTLY!!! My dog will be out back just standing there staring at his dogs... they're barking like crazy at her and she just stares at them, silent, like "wtf you barking at?"
