I agree, hugs are soul feeding. I was lucky to get three today from a long time friend I hadn't seen in almost two years.

WFMS....

* Spending time with my friend laughing and talking. Discussing something very serious but without fear or tears - actually with a few laughs.

* Getting a call from my best friend who thinks there needs to be a reason to call..... ummm nope!

* Feeling loved, knowing it is real.

WFMS today was buying two plants. I haven't had plants in 6 years or so. I'm not much of a green thumb, but these two plants leapt out and grabbed me so everyone keep your fingers crossed that I have them as long as I did my last one.

* Almost feeling peaceful about an upcoming appointment and absolutely feeling good about some changes in recent weeks. The best part is that I asked for help on both.

WFMS - that my school has, off it's own back, set up an early intervention program that includes my child. Now he's going to get the assistance he needs 3 hours a week for free, and so will the other children in the school who haven't been able to access government help. For once complaining to the principal actually worked and I'm so impressed that he was able to cut through the red tape and get it started already.

Fist off, I must say what a wonderful question! I think people sometimes forget what actually makes life worth living at times.

hugs from my child along with some kisses (I know he’ll soon be at the age where he won’t give them so freely)
traveling
music
writing
spending time with those I truly have a connection with
the sound of pleasure my lover makes when we come together
the feel of a heart beat under my ear

* Me - absolutely me these last few days. The melt downs to the laughter, sure does tell me my soul is quite well indeed.

* Moving closer to someone else's soul - feeling my open to him as well.

* Friends that listen between the pauses. Even if they won't laugh as I laugh at myself. Hey, it is darn funny so laugh at me!
